ROT13 removed from popmenu in 1.08.2?

Just found a message, where I need the ROT13-function and didn't found it in the right-click-menu. In 1.07.5 it is still present.

ROT13 will be back soon.

I’ll be glad to see this come back too.

Looking forward to it… until then I have this solution:

ROT13 will be available again in Usenapp v1.10 which will be released later on this week.
