I may be going mad but I have purchased a Usenapp licence, the money has gone out from my account and I have received confirmation of this fro xoroxsoft. But I haven’t received a licence key. It is not in my inbox or in my spam folder. I have searched for it and it hasn’t been sent. I have tried getting it from my registered account but the registration/account page is inactive, when I log in successfully it does not move from the login page. Requesting orders or licence key does nothing except make the browser status bar active for a few seconds. Is this normal? Is it just a matter of waiting? Usually when I purchase software this process is pretty much instantaneous. Is the Netherlands closed for the day? I hope everything is okay but my trial is finished and am keen to use Usenapp. Its a great product but absolutely hideous user experience so far. I would suggest to xoroxsoft that if this is the usual experience, rather than glibly suggest the user check his or her spam folder and then brickwall them, advise that if the licence has not been received and the user account cannot be accessed, this is a temporary thing while Xorosoft staff count out your payment and lick their pencils to write a receipt to send.
