1. Collection of personal data

1.1 Browsing our websites

We don't log or collect any of your personal data while you visit or browse our websites.

1.2 Collection at purchase

When you make a purchase we ask for your name, address, zip code, city and country (further called 'personal data') that is required when making a payment at Paypal or at our Payment Service Provider. Your personal data will be securely stored on our databases for future purchases and for creating invoices. We NEVER store any of your credit card or bank account information.

1.3 Device information

To identify the device on which you have installed a license, we collect the name of the device, it's unique identifier and Mac address. We permanently remove this information after you have deactivated the license on a device.

1.4 Usenapp

We don't log or collect any information about what you download or post.

2. Sharing your personal data

We never share your personal data with any 3rd party, other than our Payment Service Providers: Paypal and Stripe for authorising payment transactions.

3. Access to your personal data

Other than authorised Xoroxsoft employees, no-one will have access to your personal data.

4. Security

We have implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures meet our high security policy standards. Accordingly, we strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal data. This includes encryption of data wherever applicable.

5. Unsolicited email

We will never abuse your email address for unsolicited email. We only send email for administrational reasons.

6. Cookies

We only use cookies during a login session or when making a purchase. These cookies do not contain any of your personal data, other than an identification number for internal use. We may also use a cookie to track traffic sources or when you are sent to our website by an affiliate link. This cookie just contains the name of the affiliate.

An account is required for purchasing our software licenses.

When creating a personal account, we offer you the possibility to use the following services:

• Purchase our software licenses.
• An overview of all your orders.
• Access to your invoices. Printing invoices is no longer required.
• Access to you licenses. Check on what devices your licenses are installed and remotely deactivate a license.
