1. Collection of personal data

Other than the device information described in section 1.3 below, we do not collect, log, or store any personal data about you or your use of our software.

1.1 Browsing our websites

We do not log or collect any of your personal data while you visit or browse our websites.

1.2 Collection at purchase

When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, ZIP code, city, and country (referred to as 'personal data') required to process your payment via PayPal or our Payment Service Provider. Your personal data is securely stored in our database for future purchases and invoicing. We NEVER store any of your credit card or bank account information.

1.3 Device information

To identify the device on which you have installed a license, we collect the device name, its unique identifier, and MAC address. We permanently remove this information once you deactivate the license on that device.

1.4 Usenapp

We do not log or collect any information regarding what you download, search for, or post. Your usage of Usenapp remains completely private.

1.5 License and update verification

When Usenapp starts up, it connects to our server to verify the authenticity and expiration date of your Usenapp license and, if applicable, your MegaSearch license. It also checks whether a new version of Usenapp is available. This update check is optional and can be disabled in your settings. No personal data, download activity, search queries, or posts are transmitted during this process. Only the necessary information to validate your license and check for updates.

2. Sharing your personal data

We never share your personal data with any third party, other than our Payment Service Providers: PayPal and Stripe for authorizing payment transactions.

3. Access to your personal data

Other than authorized Xoroxsoft employees, no one will have access to your personal data.

4. Security

We have implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures meet our high security standards. Accordingly, we strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal data. This includes encryption of data wherever applicable.

5. Unsolicited email

We will never use your email address for unsolicited emails. We only send emails for administrative purposes.

6. Cookies

We only use cookies during a login session or when making a purchase. These cookies do not contain any of your personal data, other than an identification number for internal use. We may also use a cookie to track traffic sources or when you are redirected to our website via an affiliate link. This cookie only contains the name of the affiliate.

7. Your account

An account is required to purchase our software licenses.
These accounts are created and accessible on our main website: xoroxsoft.com.

When creating a personal account, we offer you the ability to use the following services:

• Purchase our software licenses.
• View an overview of all your orders.
• Access your invoices (printing invoices is no longer required).
• Access your licenses (check on which devices your licenses are installed and remotely deactivate a license).
